Students can attend LSS for the full year or just for the Softball Academy in first semester
The Softball Academy runs during the first semester and is developed as an all encompassing off-season training program. Students will work on their individual skills (throwing, hitting, fielding) along with a dedicated strength and conditioning program as well as mental training, film analysis and nutrition education that will help them prepare for their upcoming seasons.
The Cost of the Softball Academy is $1500
