The LSS Hockey Academy is the perfect place for players to work on their individual skills during the off-season in order to prepare them for their upcoming season. The Academy consists of at least 40 ice times during the semester. There is also an off ice component that allows students to work on their strength and conditioning as well as stick handling, shooting and skating techniques.
The Hockey Academy will take place in the second semester of the school year and will be half a day in length. Students will be given credits for 2 courses during the semester (8 credits total). Students will also take 2 other classes at LSS during the semester.

Students from outside Langley Secondary may attend any academy for the full year or just the academy semester. It is recommended that students attend Langley Secondary for the full year to make sure of course selections.
